is economist with experience in development, implementation and evaluation of projects financed by UNDP, WB, German Government, EAR and USAID in Macedonia and Balkan Region. She is engaged on various projects for capacity development of central and local government, as well corporate training and consulting. In last 15 years she is actively involved in training of managers in administration and companies, researches for various needs, supporting companies and administration in their strategic development, restructuring and competitiveness.
Her field of expertise include economic promotion and reforms, local economic development, SME development, institutional building, training, financial management and research.

Vlatko Danilov
Managing Partner

is economist with long-term experience working as trainer, project manager and consultant for donor organisation and private companies.
In his more than fifteen years of experience he has been involved in various projects as SMEs development, micro finance schemes, LED, capacity building, corporate restructuring and various training programs. He has extensive experience in delivering trainings for the ministries and local self-governments (municipalities) for strategic planning, functional analysis, organisation of work, financial management, budgeting and HR development.
He also has wide-range experience in project development and project management including: planning, monitoring and evaluating of projects.

Pece Nedanovski

is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje with PhD in environmental economics. He has very broad experience working with numerous projects in environmental sphere and is author of number of papers published in domestic and international magazines. He is very active in economic development and education process as well. During his working history he worked in different public institutions and now is active in promotion of country capacities and EU funds available for country EU accession process.

Ninko Kostovski

Is an expert with PhD Degree in Economic Sciences with more than twenty years of experience in training, business development and project management? He’s current position is associate professor in management, finance and ICT in American College, Skopje.
He has planned, developed and delivered numerous trainings, seminars and workshops in finance, management and ICT for businesses, students, governmental and non-governmental institutions, for various contractors such as the European Agency for Reconstruction, UK Government Department for International Development, Italian Foreign Trade Institute, Swiss Development Agency and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Open Society Institute, World Bank and many more.
He has great experience in Project Cycle Management, through implementation of various projects in education and business.
Visar Ademi

is economist with MSc in Business Administration. He has worked in several countries in the field of business development, responsible for PR, marketing and operational plans, as a business consultant he has worked on training, advising, business plan preparation. He is one of the pioneers and developers of the e-business concept in Macedonia.
He is a training expert who has developed training programs, delivered many workshops and courses in many countries worldwide, such as comprehensive training for unemployed for the World Bank, Project Management for ARC, workshop how to develop a successful business plan for DEG etc.
He speaks Albanian, Macedonian and English language fluently.

Suzana Dimovska Tunteva

is economist with MSc in Business Administration with long term experience in banking. During 10 years experience as a director of Radobank in Skopje, she builds her knowledge in banking, financial control, and organization structure in banks. She has expertise in capital market, financial services and risk management.
In last 4 years she is engaged as consultant in various donor projects with focus on banking, financial issues and training of banks and companies for risk management.

Slagjana Stojanovska

is a MSc in Business and Human Management and has more than 20 years of experience. Her main engagements during last years were in the field of market research for some of the biggest Macedonian companies.
She has been involved in organization and delivery of seminars and training events for SMEs financed by various donor organizations, as well on evaluation of projects, community development project, support of municipality’s public campaigns, internet trade promotion project on design of Macedonian companies.
She has skills in organization and execution of effective field research in various areas of marketing, public relations events, production of TV shows and similar promotion events etc.

Zivko Dimov

is a Master of Science in industrial management with thirty years of experience in Macedonia and SEE Region.
He is a certified management consultant and has great experience in project management, cluster development and building competitive advantages for SME’s, as well as experience in business plans and strategic planning, international development, general management and training of SME’s.
He has also extensive experience in researches, studies and analysis for SME’s, as well as in building private-public partnerships.

 

Olga Mihajlova Tikvarovska

is an accomplished leader with diverse experience involving most aspects of project implementation, management and evaluation, market/industry research and analysis, and marketing. Outstanding accomplishments in analytical work, work planning, and project coordination. She has actively participated in the most sensitive Macedonian transition reforms, such as privatization and pension reform. She has respectable expertise in government and non-government activities. Dynamic and committed team leader, dedicated to excellence.  Seven years of experience with USAID projects, and a track record of successful implementation. First-hand experience in working with local counterparts and other donors, public and private sector experts, and NGOs which ensures the efficiency of cooperation and sustainability of the partnerships in Macedonian society.

Pece Joveski

is economist with more than 10 years professional experience as consultant and trainer in development and implementation of  projects for strengthening local self government, international cooperation between the local government in the Western Balkans, and different training programs for administration and SMEs. His expertise is in two main fields, in capacity building and strengthening the local government, and training of entrepreneurs and administration.
He is a training expert who has been involved in many training workshops in Macedonia and other countries focused on business development and business start ups.

Epaminoda Glavinac

is a lawyer and have enormous, over thirty years, experience in training, commercial and corporative law, administrative legislation and project implementation and evaluation.
He has large experience in all the aspects of training delivery, starting from preparation of training materials, organization and conduct of training for Entrepreneurs, Governmental Institutions and NGO’s. Working on numerous projects he has gained enormous experience in different aspects of legal, custom, financial and foreign exchange, as well as in financial engineering and investment management.
He was part of the teams working on preparation, implementation and evaluation of many projects for SMEs, administration reforms, governmental institutions and NGO’s, in the different fields of expertise, such as law, strategic planning, action planning, administration capacity development and Management.


Vasil Mimovski

is a mechanical engineer specialised in implementation of quality standards. His experience is built working for number of NGOs and German chamber representative office in Macedonia. During his work he contacted many local companies and took part in many business oriented projects. Lately he works as a leader of a group of QM implementations and creator of different project ideas for regional business cooperation.
He is fluent in Greek and English language.

Elena Gotovska

is project manager and junior consultant with experience in international and regional project. Elena
holds a Bachelor degree in International Business Management, with specialization in Food marketing, from the University of “Larenstein”, Deventer, The Netherlands. She is experienced as a consultant for market, business and policy impact analysis, has worked as unit coordinator of Sida funded project and as project coordinator of ISC supported project, funded by USAID. She has experience in project proposal development for national and international funding agencies, development of Monitoring and evaluation plans, Strategic plan development and Training program development and leading, and Facilitation. She has also attended a number of IPA trainings and workshops, organized from national and international parties.
